This morning we arrive in Delhi. Your private driver will collect you from the airport and take you to your guest house.
Former capital of the Indian Empire, capital of the Mughal Empire and political centre of the Indian Republic, Delhi is the only city in India that can offer a panorama of Islamic art from the first Muslim invasions in the 12th century to the last great works of the mid-18th century. It is said that there are 7 cities in Delhi. They have followed one another since the 3rd century AD. A rich Muslim architectural heritage remains from the Sultanate and the Mughal Empire.
Day dedicated to discovering Delhi: guided tour (in English or French depending on availability) of New Delhi and its magnificent heritage: Humayun's tomb, Lodhi Gardens, India Gate. In the afternoon, explore Old Delhi and experience its incredible energy. You'll see one of Asia's largest spice and dried fruit markets, Chandni Chowk, and ride through the old city on a rickshaw bike to soak up local life. You will pass in front of the Great Mosque of Delhi and the symbol of Indian independence: the Red Fort. You will then discover the Sikh religion in Delhi's famous temple, which houses a gigantic community kitchen that serves free meals to thousands of people every day. You can take part in the cooking if you wish.

Departure for Agra this morning. On arrival, visit the Red Fort, the largest fort in India, built in 1563 by Emperor Akbar. This citadel, a World Heritage Site, houses palaces, gardens, pavilions and mosques, as well as prestigious ancient audience halls, an incomparable example of Indo-Islamic architecture.

Accommodation : Overnight in a traditional Rajasthani palace
At dawn, visit one of the 7 wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal, with your English-speaking guide. This magnificent tomb was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jehan for his late wife: let your private English-speaking or French-speaking guide tell you the story behind this emblematic monument. Continue to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. En route, a guided visit in French of the magnificent abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. The "city of victory", built in the second half of the 16th century by the famous emperor Akbar, was only the capital of the Mughal Empire for around ten years.
On the way, discover the gigantic Abhaneri stairwell.
Then on to Jaipur to discover the Galta Ji temple complex, located in the heart of the Aravallis mountains, on the outskirts of Jaipur. This holy site is home to many monkeys and is always crowded with pilgrims who come to bathe in its sacred pool. After a short walk, you will reach the Temple of the Sun, which offers a panoramic view of the Pink City.

Start your day at dawn with a guided group bike tour off the beaten track of the Pink City. Discover the unique architecture of the old town, recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue your discovery on foot with your English-speaking guide by visiting the magnificent City Palace of Jaipur, built when the city was founded in 1727. Next, explore the Astronomical Observatory, established by Sawai Jai Singh II, founder of the pink city and a passionate student of astronomy and astrology.
Take the road to Amber, the ancient capital of the kingdom. On the way, stop off to admire the Jal Mahal, the sumptuous Palace on the Water. In Amber, discover the majestic 11th-century citadel, strategically perched on the road to Delhi to repel invaders. Below, explore the peaceful old town, rich in hidden treasures: ancient temples, ruined mansions of wealthy merchants, impressive wells and other buildings steeped in history.

Free morning to enjoy the swimming pool.
At around 5pm, you will meet a young Indian mother at the market in Jaipur, who will introduce you to the vegetarian cuisine of the north. After choosing your seasonal vegetables, you will accompany her to the grocery store and learn more about the staples of North Indian cuisine: lentils, rice and spices. Your English-speaking host is a passionate cook who will share all her knowledge and cooking secrets with you. You will then dine on what you have prepared! Return to your hotel after dinner.

Jaipur-Chittorgarh-Udaipur

After breakfast, departure for Udaipur via Chittorgarh.
Chittorgarh, India's largest citadel, is a fascinating site to explore. Founded in the 7th century, this imposing fortress, which has been besieged several times, stands majestically on a rocky outcrop surrounded by 150-metre-high cliffs. Its history, steeped in heroism, is a source of pride for the Rajputs. A symbol of bravery and sacrifice, it is nicknamed the city of "devotion and strength".
Chittorgarh has been the scene of many battles, but it still resonates with the mystical love songs of the poetess Mirabai. Her legacy is immortalised in culture and cinema, notably in the film Padmavati starring Deepika Padukone.
Accompanied by your English-speaking host-guide, let yourself be transported by the tragic and romantic tales of the Rajput knights who shaped this legendary place. Don't miss the Victory Tower, a 15th-century masterpiece standing 37 metres high and adorned with delicate Hindu sculptures. After this historic experience, you'll be back on the road towards Udaipur.

Wake up in Udaipur, nicknamed the White City and Venice of the East. Founded in the 16th century by Prince Udai Singh, Udaipur was the capital of the Mewar kingdom and one of the few cities to resist the Mughal emperor.
In the afternoon, take a guided tour of the sumptuous City Palace, a pristine edifice overlooking Lake Pichola and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. On the way to Jodhpur, stop off to visit the magnificent temples of Ranakpur. A masterpiece of Jain architecture, this 15th-century sanctuary, carved with exceptional finesse in white marble, is the largest Jain temple in India. Take advantage of this visit to discover the principles of Jainism and admire this spiritual and artistic masterpiece.
Your journey takes you through the Aravalli mountains, revealing some superb pastoral landscapes. Along the way, you can watch farmers working their fields using age-old farming techniques, offering a real journey back in time.
When you arrive in Jodhpur, nicknamed the Blue City, let yourself be charmed by its unique atmosphere. Its majestic red sandstone fort, finely sculpted, dominates the old town with its azure facades from its rocky promontory.
End the day with a stroll through the Mandore Gardens, home to splendid cenotaphs erected in honour of the former Maharajas of Jodhpur. This peaceful place, populated by mischievous monkeys, offers an enchanting setting for an immersion in history and nature.
2 days - 2/2 nights - Udaipur - Ranakpur - Jodhpur

Wake up in Jodhpur, the ancient capital of Marwar and the second largest city in Rajasthan. Founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, chief of the Rajput Rathore clan, it is commonly known as the Blue City because of the many houses in the old town painted in this colour. Originally, blue indicated that these houses belonged to the Brahmins, the priestly caste.
This morning, set off on a guided tour of Mehrangarh Fort, one of India's most imposing and majestic fortresses. Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of its Rajput rulers, fearless warriors with a strict code of honour. The dizzying heights of the ramparts, the finely sculpted architecture and the sumptuous palaces inside will leave you in awe.
Then head back down to the old town, a veritable labyrinth of narrow lanes, with its Brahmin-blue houses surrounded by a wall dating back to the 16th century. Stroll through this enchanting setting, steeped in tradition and history, for a total immersion in the soul of Jodhpur.

The Lakshman Jhula: This is the best-known bridge in Rishikesh, as it has become a real landmark in the city. It provides quick access to the shops, restaurants and hotels in the city centre. What makes the crossing truly unique is the fact that you have to make your way through the crowds, a few monkeys and the cows lying on the bridge. Crossing it in the evening gives you a breathtaking view of the city lit up in a thousand colours!
Parmarth Niketan Ashram: This is the largest and most famous ashram in Rishikesh! It was founded in 1942 by Pujya Swami Shukdevanandji Maharaj. Inside this 1,000-room building, you can visit the establishment, its beautiful gardens and the large statue of Shiva on the banks of the Ganges, which offers a perfect view of the ashram.

Wandering around Rishikesh also means having time to browse the local stalls selling fabrics, yoga accessories, spiritual objects, jewellery and more.

In the evening, we will go to the ceremony on the Ganges: Ganga Aarti, a magical experience that is a must. It is a sacred ritual of the Hindu religion and pays homage to the great river Ganges. Among the most cherished experiences in Rishikesh, the evening ritual of the Ganga Aarti is simply unmissable. Every day at dusk, Hindu priests chant incantations to the glory of Mother Ganga and make offerings of lights. You will witness this magical, unreal procession of lamps down the rivers. This is the cult of the River Goddess.

1. Are international flights included?
No, international flights not included.
Why should we do this? Because not everyone leaves from the same place, and some people prefer to extend their stay or discover other destinations before or after. You are free to choose !
Good to know: A WhatsApp group is created with all participants before departure to help you coordinate your flights if you wish.
➡️ On the other hand, all internal flights (domestic flights in India) are included in the price of the stay.
2. Can I cancel if I change my mind?
The tourism sector has no cooling-off period, but don't panic: we've thought of everything!
Several solutions exist for cancel your tripwith or without a receipt.

4. Is travel open to men?
Yes !
Our trips are designed to create groups homogenous and balancedwelcoming both women and men.
🛌 For accommodation, don't worry:
if the group is mixed, men and women will be accommodated separately (in yurts and hotels).
If you are travelling as a couple, simply let us know in advance so that we can arrange a shared room.
5. Private or shared room?
By default, our rooms are shared by two. This makes it possible to maintain an affordable tariff for everyone.
However, if you want more privacy, you can opt for a private room (subject to availability) with a small supplement.
